1. Confirm you are old enough
You must be 21 or over to order from this site, whatever the rule may be elsewhere. See our age verification policy for details.
2. Check the law where you live
Cannabis and vape rules vary widely by state and country, and shipping across borders can create a legal problem even if both ends allow possession. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice, so please check your state or national regulator’s website. If it is not allowed where you are, do not order.
3. Ask for the lab report
Ask for the batch certificate of analysis before you pay. Our authenticity guide tells you what to look for. If a seller will not show one, keep your money.
4. Read the policies
A legitimate store explains what happens if a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged. Read our shipping and refund policies, and read any other seller’s too, before you order.
5. Think about how you pay
Payment methods differ in how much protection they offer, and many irreversible methods give you little recourse if something goes wrong. Keep a record of your order and every message about it, and be especially careful with anyone new to you.
6. Inspect it on arrival
Before first use, check that the seal is intact and that there are no leaks, cracks or swelling. Compare the print with the photos on the product page. Take pictures of any problems straight away and report them promptly.
7. Start slow
Take one small draw and wait. Effects can take time to arrive, and an unfamiliar product can hit harder than you expect. Never drive while impaired.
Warning signs of a bad online seller
Be careful with shops that show no contact details, offer no written policies, push you to pay immediately, or refuse any question about testing. Look out for prices far below everyone else, stock photos that do not match the product, and glowing testimonials that all sound the same. One warning sign alone is not proof, but two or three together are a good reason to walk away.
Keep your records
Save your order confirmation, your payment record, your tracking number and any messages with the seller until you have received and checked your order. If something goes wrong, dated records and clear photos make any claim far easier to resolve.
