Eligibility

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept it, ask for more information, or cancel it, for instance if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot lawfully deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund what you paid.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes or import charges are your responsibility. We can change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Product use
Products are for adults only. Use them as intended, keep them away from children and pets, and do not resell them unless you hold whatever licenses are required. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing here is medical advice.

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
