Processing
We prepare most orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. High-volume periods and large mixed-pack orders may take longer. Last updated: November 4, 2026.
Cost and delivery time
Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, before you pay. Estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find them.
Adult delivery
Orders are for adults aged 21 and over only. Carriers may ask for ID or a signature, and failure to provide one may result in the parcel being returned.
Address errors and missing parcels
